PROGRAMS IN SUPPORT OF AREA YOUTH
The Norfolk Chapter proudly supports a number of programs sponsored by the SAR at varying levels. Students, parents and teachers are encouraged to explore the various programs for recognition, awards and scholarships.
Some are offered only through the National Society; others, only through Chapter sponsorship into the Virginia Society competitions.

Eagle Scout Scholarship Awards Competitions

Eagle Scouts must apply through their local SAR Chapters.
(Annual Application Deadline: 31 December)
Visit the Virginia Society Eagle Scout Competition Web Page, complete, save and email (or download, complete and mail) the application and genealogy chart to the Norfolk Chapter's Eagle Scout Committee Chairman Bill Waller no later than 31 December. You will need the following information to complete the application:
